Breaking Stigma
The common stereo type of someone that requires therapy can conjure up negative connotations of weakness or frailty. These are often so entrenched in our mind-set that they can cause us to feel embarrassment or shame and can block us from admitting that maybe we need help.
I believe that effective therapy follows no script and that every individual that enters therapy should be treated as such… an individual.
